The National Bangers Championship of the World is one of the season's highlights at Smeatharpe Stadium. The largest number of unlimited cc National Bangers expected at the circuit this season will converge on Smeatharpe, but only one driver can capture the title and the gold roof. As supporting action, the Heritage Stock Cars and the non-contact Special Rods will each make their annual guest visit to Smeatharpe.

916 Luke Thomas will defend the Championship of the World. In 2024, Thomas progressed through Last Chance Qualifying to lift the title.
Heritage Stock Cars
With more than a hint of nostalgia, the Heritage Stock Cars provide the opportunity to rewind the clock, take a trip down memory lane and remember a little of how things used to be.
Special Rods

In a busy month for the Special Rods, this will be their second guest appearance with Autospeed, having previously raced at St Day on 6 July.
Each season the large, rear wheel drive cars, which typically race at the Mendips Raceway, make a guest visit to Smeatharpe.
In 2024, 133 Jody Jeanes swept to a hat-trick of wins.
